Juice=Juice’s New Song ‘Dizzy☆Climax’ Tops 50,000 Likes on TikTok

The story

The official TikTok video for Juice=Juice’s new song “Dizzy☆Climax” has surpassed 50,000 likes. Among Hello! Project songs, this reportedly makes it only the second track — after Morning Musume。’25’s “Glow Up! Mi Amore” — to hit 50,000 likes on TikTok alone. On 5channel’s Hello! Project board, discussion centered on which member drove the number, how play counts are tallied, and comparisons with other groups. At the same time, some pointed out that fans are inflating the figures by repeatedly replaying and liking the video, with one skeptical voice noting that if you lose sight of what it really means, “it’s just manufactured feel-good content.”

Juice=Juice's TikTok numbers are on a whole different level from the other Hello! Pro groups — almost a full digit ahead
5AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:23
50,000 is impressive
6AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:23
Omifu is so cute (a member's nickname)
7AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:24
Probably because of Mippo (a member's nickname)
8AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:25
It's all thanks to Tsuzumi-chan (a member's nickname)
11AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:29
Re: #8
Exactly that.
Without Tsuzumi this would've gone nowhere
13AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:30
Re: #8
One of the holdouts from the "Leave Hello! Project" crowd, huh
9AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:27
The only Hello! Project songs whose official TikTok videos have topped 50,000 likes are "Glow Up! Mi Amore" and "Dizzy☆Climax"
12AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:30
Wonder if Beyo (BEYOOOOONDS) can follow this up?
15AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:33
Re: #12
Beyo gets zero traction on TikTok at all, so whatever it's pulling off must be happening elsewhere — which makes it impressive in its own way
14AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:31
We've had enough of these hype/festival-type songs already
17AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:36
50,000 on a solo — that's ace Kawashima for you
18AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:37
Juice=Juice going viral (10k+ likes) on TikTok is basically the norm these days
though Kudo's and Irie's solo videos regularly end up as the low points
19AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:38
Overwhelming mainstream-star energy
20AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:39
If they fill in that dip too, they'll be unstoppable
21AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:42
Doesn't even a view of 0.1 seconds count toward the play total?
22AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:42
Re: #21
That's true for the play count, but it has nothing to do with the like count we're discussing right now
23AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:43
Re: #15
What do you mean by that?
25AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:47
Re: #23
Ever since the narrative turned into something like "Hai to Diamond is the hot topic," they've been pushing that song on TikTok too, but it hasn't even cracked 10,000 likes there.
But what's actually impressive is that despite zero buzz on TikTok, they've driven up decent numbers on YouTube purely through hype on X and YouTube.
It just shows how hard the fans are grinding.

Re: #25
Sounds like they're suddenly climbing USEN's Oshi Request jukebox ranking too
61AnonymousSep 9, 2026 13:07
Re: #25
This kind of grinding only lasts about a week, though
24AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:45
Did YouTube end up the same way? It's easy to loop plays now, so you can't really compare it to before on a one-to-one basis
26AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:52
Oyaki-jii = the "Hallo Update" account (an in-joke reference, unclear to outsiders)
27AnonymousSep 9, 2026 12:55
Female fans are essential — they keep the replays going and hype it up all over social media
59AnonymousSep 9, 2026 13:05
There are a few other songs sitting just under 50,000 too
60AnonymousSep 9, 2026 13:06
They're doing great, honestly
62AnonymousSep 9, 2026 13:14
Kōmi Hirose's name value got squeezed for everything it's worth
63AnonymousSep 9, 2026 13:15
Honestly, "the numbers are up because the fans are grinding" is a pretty rough excuse — it means the second they stop, the numbers drop.
Sure, watching a number climb probably gives you a genuine dopamine hit of joy,
but if you lose sight of what it actually means, it's over.
If you're just celebrating a number you clicked into existence yourselves, that's nothing but manufactured feel-good content
65AnonymousSep 9, 2026 13:17
Dra-ma-tic!!!
66AnonymousSep 9, 2026 13:34
Takes me back to when they used to hype things up with Matsumoto Wakana lol
67AnonymousSep 9, 2026 13:35
But it never really gets that hyped at the actual live shows

Background and Key Points of the Discussion

The “like” count on official TikTok videos has become a popular yardstick among Hello! Project fans in recent years for gauging a song’s or member’s momentum, and until now “Glow Up! Mi Amore” was the only song to have crossed 50,000. Opinions in the thread split over how to judge fans repeatedly replaying and liking the video to push the numbers up — some welcomed it as a genuine achievement, while others took a cooler view, saying it’s “just celebrating a number you clicked into existence yourselves.” It’s also easy to conflate play counts and like counts, since TikTok has changed how it tallies views in the past and the two are separate metrics. Note that the references to specific individuals in the thread stem from insider context particular to 5channel, and the full background can’t be determined from the text alone.
