The story
Juice=Juice member Kawashima Mifu has become a talking point on 5ch’s Hello! Project board, with fans saying her side profile resembles former Morning Musume. member Michishige Sayumi. The discussion was sparked by a scene from Hulu’s “Juice=Juice Summer Camp.” Thread posters went on to compare other members like Yokaze and Nagano Momoko for their own “Michishige vibes,” with some saying “take Sayu and Reina, average them, and you get Kawashima” — while others pushed back, arguing “it wasn’t as similar as I expected” or “Nagano Momoko looks more like her.” Opinions were split.

Her nose turns up like a pig's 🐽, lol
They don't look alike at all
turns out fragments of her got scattered around…
Do it with Sayu and Reina at ages 18-19
Looks like Mippuru's mom
If you stuck a pig 🐽 nose on Michishige, wouldn't she look just like Kawashima???
She looks exactly like someone, I just can't place who
That's actress Tanaka Rena, lol (not idol Tanaka Reina)

Background and Key Points of the Discussion
Michishige Sayumi served as the leader of Morning Musume. from the late 2000s and was a popular member known for her large dark eyes and distinctive nose bridge. In Hello! Project circles, fans often run comparisons looking for current members who give off a similar “Michishige vibe,” and this time the discussion extended beyond Kawashima to include Yokaze and Nagano Momoko as well. Many thread posters pointed to specific details like eye color and nose shape, and opinions on whether they actually look alike split depending on the poster’s perspective. One user even posted an AI-generated image blending Michishige and Tanaka Reina, though that was more of a side joke than a direct comparison to Kawashima. It’s worth remembering that all of this is just fan speculation, not an official statement from the members themselves or their agency.
