It goes back to when Tsubaki's original members Asakura and Tanimoto were originally supposed to join Juice=Juice, but when Miyamoto's move to Morning Musume. fell through, Tsubaki Factory got thrown together in a hurry instead — that's where the bad blood started.
If you've got a complaint, take it up with Kohira and Nishiguchi.
Those two are the ones who crushed Little Glamers' dream of joining Juice=Juice.
That joint audition was blatantly rigged just to prop Tsubaki back up.
It's ironic that 3rd Flower — a group Little Glamers fans supposedly looked down on — ended up doing better.

That's way off base. Juice=Juice never had a regular SKY PerfecTV! slot or a regular radio show. Tsubaki even had a live band backing them before Juice did. Every good Takui-composed song that Hello! Project fans love went exclusively to Tsubaki.
Tsubaki was the one with the privileged setup. Juice=Juice just clawed its way up from nothing.
I haven't forgotten how Little Glamers fans used to trash 3rd Flower nonstop.
It just looked like blatant favoritism to me.
Can't help it, she's just ridiculously good. Reiruru can't compete with that.
Lately she's weirdly started getting deified though.

Right. Up until about a year ago, Juice=Juice — even scrutinized closely — was so unpopular with Hello! Project fans that they kept playing to a half-empty Budokan over and over, and even hid the attendance numbers by not announcing them. There's no way a group like that suddenly captivates everyone just from more TV time.

It's probably because Juice=Juice flipped the pecking order on them. Tsubaki went off the rails the same way when BEYOOOOONDS broke the pecking order too.

BEYOOOOONDS got a premium concert right after debut.
Tsubaki didn't get their first premium concert until their 4th year.
On Love Music, other Hello! Project members got cast into Tsubaki's part.
