Really? Would they really delay the release just to add it in if that weren't the case?
Because the title has "Mitsuo" and "Kanako" worked into it.

Even if it wasn't written specifically for Oda, it's still being treated as her main graduation song.
That's probably why the release got delayed too.
Not finishing the lessons in time explaining why they're not dancing in the MV makes sense, but that doesn't explain why the release got delayed.
