Juice=Juice’s ‘BLOODY BULLET’ MV Tops 1 Million Views 35 Days After Release

The story

The music video for Juice=Juice’s new song “BLOODY BULLET” has surpassed 1 million views on YouTube. The track appears on the EP “MORE! MORE! EP,” released June 24, 2026 — and while it hit 500,000 views just three days after release, it reportedly took another 35 days to cross the 1 million mark. On 5ch’s Hello! Project board, posters noted that the early momentum didn’t carry through, and a wave of comparisons with view counts for other Hello! Project groups’ MVs and live footage sparked disagreement over how the groups stack up in popularity.

That's slooow lol
This is supposed to be the group that went viral? lol
3AnonymousSep 3, 2026 19:37
So it took over a month from that initial burst…
4AnonymousSep 3, 2026 19:37
Not much different from the other Hello! Project groups at this point.
5AnonymousSep 3, 2026 19:38
It's completely cooled off now.
People are tired of it — both new fans and longtime fans are bailing.

2026 Hello! Project MVs (plus live videos with 1M+ views) sorted by view count

Re: #7
Even with Juice=Juice going easy on everyone, every single MV except "Dantotsu de Aishite" is already losing? Come on.

Re: #7
And in the first place, even for Juice=Juice, the fact that the live footage is outperforming the MV proves making an MV at all is a waste — UP-FRONT needs to wake up to that.

After all that negative campaigning against them… why isn't it working?

Re: #18
Seriously, if Juice=Juice fans are going to badmouth people both inside and outside their own camp, they should put that energy into boosting the MV views instead lol
No wonder it's taking this long even with the view-padding lol

It broke 500K in 3 days after release.
Then it took another 35 days to get from there to 1 million.

Re: #20
Really shows both the #PR effect and people losing interest, doesn't it (#PR is a hashtag marking paid/sponsored promotion, like "#ad")

Re: #23
"Dantotsu de Aishite" isn't gaining much either at this point,
so in the end "Bura-Bare" (fan shorthand for BLOODY BULLET) will probably end up as 2026's biggest-growing MV after all

Re: #32
So going forward they basically don't even need MVs when they drop a song lol
Total waste of money lol
Well, it's all just #PR anyway lol
37AnonymousSep 3, 2026 19:52
AKB's basically stolen the whole spotlight at this point lol

Background and Discussion Points

YouTube view counts tend to split into an initial “launch” surge right after release and a slower, steady climb afterward; when that later growth cools off, it’s easily read as fans “losing interest.” That said, MV view counts alone don’t capture the full picture of a group’s popularity. Hello! Project groups also post separate live-performance videos on their official channels apart from MVs, and as noted in the thread, some groups — including Juice=Juice — have live videos on their own channels topping 10 million views, meaning views end up split across multiple videos. Without combining the two, a straightforward comparison is difficult. In the thread, fans of different groups kept trading barbs using view counts as ammunition, but the figures cited are public data that update continuously, so declaring a clear winner or loser based on one snapshot in time is premature.
