Juice=Juice’s New Radio Show ‘Juicy Talk’ Debuts With All 11 Current Members — 5ch Reacts: “All 11 of Them!?”

The story

Hello! Project’s Juice=Juice launches a new radio program, “Juicy Talk,” on Nippon Broadcasting System tonight at 9 PM. For this milestone first episode, instead of the usual handful of members, all 11 current members are set to appear — an announcement that drew surprised reactions on 5ch’s Hello! Project board, with posters exclaiming “All 11 of them!?” At the same time, some voiced concern over the show’s prospects, pointing out that the drama “VIVANT” airs in the same Sunday 9 PM slot and that many of Nippon Broadcasting’s new shows have historically been short-lived — making for a thread mixing excitement with skepticism.

Isn't it going to be impossible to tell who's talking?
7AnonymousOct 4, 2026 12:11
Think they can beat Equal Love (=LOVE) and CANDY TUNE?
9AnonymousOct 4, 2026 12:13
Whoa, all 11!?
10AnonymousOct 4, 2026 12:17
There's 11 of them
11AnonymousOct 4, 2026 12:37
Two minutes per person—
Actually probably more like one minute once you factor in songs
12AnonymousOct 4, 2026 12:39
Irie's gonna hog all the talking time anyway
13AnonymousOct 4, 2026 12:42
I heard this slot usually gets bumped for pro baseball night games, but there's no baseball broadcast at all today
14AnonymousOct 4, 2026 12:44
Good work, everyone (dialect-flavored 'otsukare-shaamashita'; the tail 'moto-baku' is unclear fan slang)
18AnonymousOct 4, 2026 12:50
Wait, is this actually live?
There wasn't any call for email submissions, right?
Guess they're not reading messages this time?
19AnonymousOct 4, 2026 12:51
11 people lol
27AnonymousOct 4, 2026 12:58
If Niina's (member nickname) there, it's gotta be pre-recorded
28AnonymousOct 4, 2026 13:04
Going head-to-head with the Burando Radio show
I'm sick of Juice's (fan slang for Juice=Juice) stuck-up bragging, so I'll listen to Burando instead
38AnonymousOct 4, 2026 13:11
Re: #28
Have you not noticed how boring Burando is?
68AnonymousOct 4, 2026 13:44
Re: #28
Burando moved time slots this month — it's in the evening now
29AnonymousOct 4, 2026 13:06
I wonder if the show has any sponsors?
30AnonymousOct 4, 2026 13:06
Getting to hear their stuck-up remarks every week, this'll be fun
Wonder if they'll start calling other Hello! Project members trash
35AnonymousOct 4, 2026 13:08
Haters are really trying hard lol
Must be eating them up inside lol
36AnonymousOct 4, 2026 13:08
How many shows is this now that Nippon Broadcasting has screwed up and canceled?
Wonder if these guys will mess up too and get the show axed — that's the only thing I'm looking forward to
40AnonymousOct 4, 2026 13:12
Re: #36
Nippon Broadcasting is cold enough to be mocked as "only there for you when you're hot," but honestly, just being seen as "Juice=Juice's hot streak right now" is an achievement in itself
37AnonymousOct 4, 2026 13:09
Wonder if these guys will mess up too and get canceled — that's the only thing I'm looking forward to
Isn't Nippon Broadcasting's new programming slot just cursed at this point?
39AnonymousOct 4, 2026 13:11
Going up against VIVANT at the same time is just bad luck
50% of the country's watching TV instead
41AnonymousOct 4, 2026 13:13
Re: #39
You don't have to listen live, you know
It's Sunday primetime after all
42AnonymousOct 4, 2026 13:15
You don't have a radiko subscription?
43AnonymousOct 4, 2026 13:15
Re: #42
Ōkami (forum poster nickname, "Wolf"): "I don't feel Hello! Project is worth paying for, but I still watch pirated clips and comment on their skills" / "For groups I'm not into, I just follow along via pirated uploads — if those dry up, my interest fades too"

Can't believe there are people who don't have a radiko subscription
Being broke and stuck at home must be rough
48AnonymousOct 4, 2026 13:22
And radiko's only like 1000 yen a month
59AnonymousOct 4, 2026 13:38
Finally crawled out after ages of living underground (lurking inactive as a fan) just to get instantly canceled — are you guys cicadas or something lol
64AnonymousOct 4, 2026 13:42
Nobody's even listening anyway, probably

Background and Key Points of This Topic

Nippon Broadcasting has a history of newly launched regular programs getting canceled early due to scandals and other issues, and based on that track record, some thread participants voiced skepticism that this show might follow the same path. Opinions were also split on whether the show would be live or pre-recorded, with some posters guessing it must be pre-recorded given the absence of any email-submission announcement and the scheduled appearances of specific members. Listening to radiko’s simulcast requires a paid subscription (around 1000 yen a month), and some participants pointed out that others in the thread hadn’t signed up for it. It’s also worth noting that having all 11 current members appear from the very first episode is an unusual format for the show to run, which led to some concern about how little talk time each member would actually get.

*This article is compiled and summarized from the 5ch (Hello! Project board) thread “Starting Tonight at 9 PM: ‘Juice=Juice Juicy Talk’ — For this milestone first episode, amazingly… 【All members】will be appearing🎉✨.”
