There was a Threads user claiming she filmed for about 20 minutes — was that just an "uso-matsu" (a made-up "true story" post)?
If there were any real chance someone like that existed, there's no way the hotel would say this.
Their parent company is publicly listed — making a false statement wouldn't be something they could laugh off.
If so, the hotel's the one at fault for sitting on that info.

If that person really exists, they made a false claim that seriously damages the hotel's reputation — that's business interference, so they should probably get sued.
