I generally don't find Toriyama's trademark 'fish-cake eyes' (his signature half-moon-shaped eye design) cute at all, but Jessica's the one exception for me.

It's weird that Maanya made the list but Minea didn't — they're basically a package deal, like the Asagaya Sisters (a Japanese comedy duo famous for looking alike even though they're not actually related).

Honestly, Dragon Quest's monster designs are great, but I don't think the human characters or story have much charm.
