Just wrap it in plastic cling film so it doesn't leak

Re: #69
The clear stuff doesn't work.

You wrap the server in aluminum foil instead.
And make sure you crumple it up first and then flatten it back out. The irregular reflections make it physically harder to pinpoint the server's location, which helps keep hackers out.

This is just a matter of time at this point
There's no way to counter AI
Banks, card companies, brokerages, all of them
Honestly, at this point it's probably already doable whenever someone feels like it

Denmark had its national systems breached and citizens' data leaked
Even the FBI got partially hacked and had staff information exposed
Private companies probably can't defend against this anymore — especially Japanese companies, I'd guess pretty much all of them have already been hacked

Background and Key Points of This Story

This leak stands out for occurring in the relatively niche space of “Pharma DIGITAL,” a product information site for healthcare professionals, with the affected data apparently belonging to registered medical professionals such as doctors and pharmacists. Mandatory reporting requirements under the Personal Information Protection Act have made companies more likely to disclose possible leaks early, which is part of why similar news stories have been clustering in a short period of time. Many posters on the thread speculated that “AI has made attacks more sophisticated,” but Asahi Kasei has not disclosed the actual attack method or entry point, and no damage has been confirmed at this point. Some posts tied the incident to specific nationalities or domestic politics, but these are unsubstantiated speculation and have not been adopted in this article. For now, readers should be careful not to treat the situation as anything more certain than the “possible” leak the company has announced, pending any further updates.
