GACKT, who stars in the Getsuku (Monday 9pm) drama “Black Trick,” shared on X an episode from the set where a gift of peaches went completely untouched by the cast and crew.
On the forum thread, users floated a range of theories: peaches spoil quickly, everyone may have held back out of deference until lead actor GACKT ate first, or the way the on-set note was worded might have caused a misunderstanding.
GACKT: “A gift from Fumi Nikaido” that nobody ate… “Wait, seriously?” The shocking reason comes out — “Japanese really is a tricky language”
Singer GACKT (53) posted on X on the 24th, revealing the “peach incident” that occurred on the set of his first leading role, the Fuji TV Getsuku drama “Black Trick.”
GACKT titled the post “[The gift nobody touched]” and described what happened on set.
If it had been sent under some other name, people probably would've eaten it. I get hesitating over food from someone who's hyped up for reasons you don't quite understand.
