Basically it's a catch-all term for VTubers whose whole gig is selling lewd content. I hear even Hololive girls do borderline ASMR in members-only streams, but these ones flat-out put out hardcore erotic audio on doujin sites and fan-support platforms.
Bottom line: zero entertainment value, zero variety, bottom-of-the-barrel — they've got nothing to offer but smut

And when there's a lot, of course you'll get retro game collections, remakes, and even some "new" games that are really just sequels to existing IPs.
That's just a reflection of the kinds of games each publisher wants to put out, so overall you could say Nindai is a conservative platform — one that takes care of long-time gamers.
The point is the ratio of new games was too low.
