If there are "highly educated" people out there enjoying this, it really says something about the level of Japanese people, lol.
Not just the Fukushima University president, but even municipal mayors within the prefecture put out statements, and all he's got is "it was edited"… that's just pathetic.
Fukushima was also the one profiting nicely off the nuclear plant before the disaster — under Governor Eisaku Sato they pushed nuclear power hard, even going as far as the pluthermal (MOX fuel) program.
