Can't believe how bad her breath must have smelled.

Re: #3
Nah, it actually tracks with how she looks, if anything.
4AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:19
That's not 'manko' (slang for pussy), that's 'unko' (poop) — isn't it (rhyming pun on the two words).
6AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:20
Whenever I get backed up, I make coffee and have it alongside a 400g tub of unsweetened yogurt with cut fruit mixed in.

That usually gets me needing to go within about an hour.
7AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:21
If it's always sitting at a steady 4kg, doesn't that mean whatever she eats is still coming out the other end?
15AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:26
Re: #7
A queue (FIFO: first in, first out), huh?
That's some real IT-engineer logic lol

Re: #1 basically means she's got a 4kg buffer in her gut (a place that temporarily stores poop).
9AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:21
How did she land such a good-looking husband?
12AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:24
Re: #9
Result of Matsumoto relentlessly chasing him down.
19AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:27
Re: #9
Apparently her husband still doesn't fully get her even now, and part of why they're still together is his curiosity about 'what even is this woman.'
10AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:23
I take laxatives twice a week to force things out.
Do the people who keep whining about being constipated just not take laxatives?
Take one and it comes right out, your stomach's empty.
18AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:27
Re: #10
If you take them habitually, they gradually stop working as well as before.
A lot of people end up upping their dose because of that —
taking 5 pills when normally even one would do the job.
It's hard on your stomach.

Re: #10
Magnesium oxide?
Daichi no Kanpo Benpiyaku (formerly Takeda Kanpo Benpiyaku, a Japanese herbal laxative)?
Or the little pink Colac pills?
11AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:24
If you don't eat vegetables,
your constipation clears up.

I barely eat any,
so I never get constipated.
50AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:36
Re: #11
Nah, just eat a reasonable amount.
16AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:26
I poop like 3 times a day.
Eat some agar jelly and natto.
17AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:26
The day after I eat konjac, I have the best bowel movement.
21AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:28
I can't help but think food is the cause.
Her diet must have been seriously bad.
26AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:29
Food plays a part, but I feel like whether you can turn it into a habit matters more.
I started going right after waking up every morning, and it gradually became routine — cured my constipation.
27AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:29
So you're saying just being conscious of stuff you normally do on autopilot can actually fix it?!
28AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:29
In Kampo (traditional Chinese herbal medicine), eating a few morning glory seeds is supposedly good for it.
Apparently it's so potent that getting the dose wrong gives you terrible diarrhea.

They're such 180-degree opposites that it's the strongest kind of compatibility — narcissists tend to marry people just like themselves, which is exactly why those relationships never quite work.
34AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:32
It's the food.
If it's just plain old constipation, there's no other explanation.
37AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:32
Women have weaker core muscles, so they're more prone to constipation, right?
47AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:35
I wish people would take a page from me — one wipe every time and nothing even gets on the toilet paper. Pure energy efficiency.
69AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:40
Re: #47
That's like a wild animal, kind of jealous honestly.
53AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:37
I've got a similar constitution, but after a month of eating yogurt daily,
I ended up going even less.
Even on days I walked a fair amount, nothing.
Might be a side effect of meds I take for a chronic condition, but even now my stomach stays pretty bloated.
71AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:40
Re: #53
Sounds like your loose, diarrhea-ish stool firmed up into hard little rocks that are tough to pass, maybe?
89AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:47
Re: #53
Lactic acid bacteria matter, but
you might just be short on fiber.
Why not try oatmeal?
And ab workouts —
twisting your torso might help too.
82AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:43
I'm constipated for about 5 days,
then I go, and a few hours later diarrhea hits,
then I'm constipated again.
I eat fermented foods, eat my vegetables,
and exercise too.

What am I supposed to do about this?
88AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:46
Re: #82
Stress.
Re: #85
Go see a doctor.
91AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:47
Re: #82
Water, and
for me, taking oligosaccharides (food for your gut's good bacteria) worked better than lactic acid bacteria did.
107AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:52
Re: #82
Same here —
goes almost a week, ending with loose stool at the end.
I manage it with oatmeal, milk, and cabbage,
but if I'm not careful my stomach gets irritated, and the gas causes bloating too.
85AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:45
It's rough — I have diarrhea-like poops like 10 times a day, and 10 minutes after eating I already need to go again. Feels like my digestion's broken and I'm not absorbing nutrients even when I eat.
112AnonymousOct 4, 2026 09:53
Re: #85
Are you taking Ebios tablets? (a Japanese brewer's-yeast digestive supplement)

Background and Key Points of This Discussion

When constipation becomes chronic, it’s known to develop into a condition called ‘retained stool’ (shukuben), where waste sits lodged in the intestines for extended periods — in severe cases, medication or medical procedures become essential just to have a bowel movement. In the thread, people who regularly rely on laxatives pointed out that ‘with habitual use, they stop working as well and you end up needing bigger doses,’ a phenomenon also recognized in medicine as laxative tolerance, which overlaps with Matsumoto’s confession that she can no longer pass stool on her own. At the same time, opinions in the thread split between those blaming diet and those pointing to lack of exercise, weak muscles, or stress, with no clear consensus reached. Readers should note that the 4kg figure is simply Matsumoto’s own self-reported account, not a medically measured value. It’s generally known that when stool keeps building up in the intestines over a long period, cases can arise where manual disimpaction or surgery ultimately becomes necessary — but exactly what kind of surgery Matsumoto underwent isn’t made clear from her remarks in the video.
