Can't say for certain either, but it was an anniversary special episode, and Fukazawa had only been on the show twice before that, so I think it was something like Ariyoshi saying 'you barely have any connection to this show,' or along those lines
but I can just picture them sending out their fan army while smirking with that face,
and it's gross
