In the August 25 SoftBank-Lotte game, the Hawks’ lineup erupted for 5 runs in the first inning, and starter Moinelo threw a complete-game shutout as SoftBank cruised to a 9-0 win for their second straight victory. Lotte starter Yoshikawa had a rough outing, walking 6 batters and allowing 7 runs, and on 5channel fans argued over Lotte’s decision to run out young players against a team still in the pennant race, as well as how the team used Akira Nakamura as a pinch hitter.

We're busting our butts out here, and if a rival pulls this kind of throwaway effort against us, it could cost us the title.
Saburo (Lotte's manager) seriously needs to think about that.
Act with the whole league in mind for once.
Guess it'll be Satozaki (Tomoya Satozaki, ex-Lotte catcher turned commentator) running the team starting next year.
The downside risk was way too big last time it didn't work out.
Couldn't even get a hit off mop-up relief lmaooooo
Can't be helped, the guy's on his way out (retiring).
Kind of sad that Lotte's so weak they're letting a player like that drive in runs.
