On September 16, 2026, Juice=Juice unveiled the tour merchandise for “Room Tour 2026 5ROOMS.” The lineup included penlight accessories, T-shirts, towels, and acrylic stands, but the 5ch (Hello! Project) thread quickly filled with complaints like “weird design” and “the alphabet lettering on the towel is off.” Some posters even pulled up merch photos from past tours (Queen of Hearts and Crimson≠Azure) for comparison, sparking a divided debate over the design quality.

Does the penlight accessory fit over the top of the wand?
Won't it fly off when you wave it around?

Re: #5
I thought it went inside the tube.

Weird design.
8AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:03
Yeah, once you picture it in 3D it matches the shape of the wand's tip. I'd have kept that part round and attached the piece near the base instead.

The penlight body is dark purple — is Sakurachi (a member's nickname) graduating?!

Re: #11
It's probably just the group color…
15AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:05
Both the T-shirt and towel are kind of underwhelming, especially since the UPto11 designs were so good.
16AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:05
Trying to make us laugh with the outfits alone is setting the bar pretty high.
17AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:05
The alphabet towel is a miss — it should be in kanji for better visibility.
19AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:06
New fans who were expecting the stylish QoH (Queen of Hearts tour) designs must be shocked by this.

Ha, called it —

No D-Maga (digital photo magazine)?
58AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:37
Re: #21
The D-Maga usually gets added later.
25AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:08
What's with this pose on the acrylic stand?
37AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:11
Re: #25
It's the 'Kurakura☆Climax' pose.
26AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:08
The way the last letter of the surname is blown up huge on the alphabet towel is also kind of off.
27AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:08
Feels like a rush job all around.

Juice=Juice LIVE TOUR 2025 Queen of Hearts — Merch Revealed!
There it is — the agency's 'Juice=Juice debuff' (gamer slang for an automatic stat penalty) strikes again.
31AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:10
Guess Juice=Juice merch just doesn't sell, given how few item types there are.
32AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:10
The UPto11 T-shirt was so cool though.
34AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:11
I think I'm about done with Juice=Juice at this point.
36AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:11
Guess I'll just wear my old 'MoreT' shirt again this time (fandom slang, exact meaning unclear — likely refers to a well-worn past tour tee).
44AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:13
Lame as always. Juice=Juice is a top-tier group by now — they really need to bring on a proper designer.
48AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:18
Angerme's T-shirts are the best of the bunch, honestly.
49AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:19
Even in the group shots, Sakuringo's (member nickname) pose ends up looking washed out.
50AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:26
Not putting out solo-color T-shirts at a moment like this is exactly why people call this agency garbage.
52AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:26
No member changes this time, so at least I don't have to buy a new penlight.

And here's the merch for a one-day-only weekday event in Yamanashi Prefecture.

55AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:33
They still don't seem to actually want to sell the T-shirts, but that's what's infuriating — the member & staff tees are always the well-made ones.
57AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:37
Hello! Project basically can't make money without Juice=Juice anymore, yet I can't tell if they even want to cash in on Juice=Juice.
59AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:39
Corners get cut on design here, and there's nobody around to stop it — that's UP-FRONT (the talent agency) for you.
61AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:42
Ugly designs? Great — saves me from spending money on merch.
62AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:44
Re: #61
Exactly this. And then people act surprised the merch doesn't sell — give me a break.
64AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:46
Seeing other fans' gear at the CDTV live really drove home how poor the quality of Juice=Juice merch is.
70AnonymousSep 16, 2026 14:55
Re: #64
Seriously, this. Neglecting stuff like this is exactly why younger fans don't stick around.
Background and Key Points
Juice=Juice’s tour merchandise has long been criticized as “uncool” compared to other Hello! Project groups like Angerme, and this thread saw another wave of harsh reviews in that same vein. At the same time, the discussion wasn’t purely negative — some posters offered the ironic take that “ugly merch is a relief since it saves money,” while others raised genuine concern that the poor design quality may be discouraging younger fans from sticking around. Worth noting: the past-tour merch photos used for comparison came from posters within the thread itself, not from official sales or evaluation data.
