Even America, a nation built on immigration, has terrible public safety. No country has ever actually succeeded through immigration.
It has nothing to do with being Muslim or African. This is just what happens when you accept refugees, period. Race has nothing to do with it at all.
Refugees are accepted without any screening whatsoever — no check on criminal history, qualifications, skills, language ability, assets, or education. Of course this is what happens when you take in huge numbers of people like that.
And there are plenty of people among Muslims and Africans who are far more capable than you or me.

Japan's refugee acceptance numbers are by far the lowest in the world. So low the UN gets angry about it.
Hardly any have gone back. Far from leaving, more keep arriving by boat — they're even ambushing and attacking the Spanish army.
The Red Cross was handing out food, bedding, and tents to the "refugees." Fed-up Ceuta residents attacked them and the Red Cross pulled out. Now German Green Party activists are the ones distributing food and medicine.
The news was reporting that they were organized and sent in deliberately to test Spain's response capability. In the end Spain handled it terribly, and apparently Spanish intelligence is getting criticized for failing to catch wind of it beforehand.
That's irresponsible. Obviously if you keep feeding them, more are just going to keep coming.
The International Red Cross is just like the United Church of Christ in Japan and its antics at Henoko (the contested US base relocation site in Okinawa) — they operate as if their own cause is absolute justice.

Honestly, I don't get why you don't get it. They're coming from lawless places back home where they can't even secure food, clothing, or shelter, and the government's useless — so to them it's 'There's food here! There's money here!' Naive, easygoing Japanese people just look like prey.
