I'm out in the countryside, so every job requires driving, and I can't drive.

Flipping day and night isn't great for my mental health because of the bipolar disorder. So even as a NEET, I go to bed by 11pm and wake up at 7am — I keep a totally regular schedule.
No train station nearby? If not, get your license first.
I do have a regular driver's license.
But I have zero talent for driving, so a job centered on driving is absolutely out of the question.
