These are the kind of pears Hide — a guy from pear country Yamanashi — sends as a gift, so I doubt you're getting them that cheap… worst case they're over 1,000 yen apiece.
My home turf of Takasaki in Gunma (jokingly nicknamed "Gunmer" online, like it's some obscure foreign land) is also a noted pear region, and from what I know, the pricier ones run about 900 yen each.
At the supermarket they're normally around 400 yen each.
Someone on Hide's level is probably sending pears worth over 1,000 yen, I'd guess.
