I want to see the body, and a picture on it just gets in the way. Same with that background music you get in a lot of overseas videos — that's a no too. It's distracting. When you're getting off, even your favorite song turns into something worse than garbage.

Tattoos aside, a sunburnt 'grilled squid arm' (deep, uneven tan) really does it for me.
Something cute like a little heart is fine, but full-on traditional ink, spiders, or skulls — that's a real mood-killer.

Seeing it in person just makes your brain reflexively go to a bad place, and that's a dealbreaker for me.
If it were family, sure, but I'm surprised people care this much about the tattoo of someone they're just watching on a screen.
