The story
A live-commentary thread for Hololive VTuber Hime Mori Luna (nickname “Non-tan”; catchphrase “nanora”) sprang up on 5ch’s “Nandemo Jikkyo G” (general live-commentary) board. Partway through, someone posted her own announcement image for a 7 PM stream titled “Teaching My Sister to Drive,” and posters reacted to it. Running alongside that were posts about the pro-baseball Climax Series and claims of “sockpuppeting” (self-replying under fake names to inflate support) circulating in the fan community — the thread never settled on one single topic, true to form for this kind of freewheeling chat thread.

Minister Yana matters more
I'm the real climax here, honestly
What Pokémon is that?
Mind if I take a guess?
Is that the kind of character she is?
Wait, does she have BO? [wakiga = underarm body odor; crude joke]

Background and Key Points
The thread title’s “Nth-Generation Shogun” is a 5ch naming convention marking how many times this same recurring live-commentary thread has been re-created — it has no direct bearing on this particular thread’s content. Hime Mori Luna is a VTuber belonging to Hololive’s 5th generation, and her nickname “Non-tan” and catchphrase “nanora” are forms of address that have become standard among fans. The “sockpuppeting” suspicion raised in the thread rests solely on the stream’s high concurrent-viewer count and amounts to speculation rather than a substantiated claim, so it’s worth treating with caution. Rather than one unified controversy, the thread overall is better read as a typical slice of chatter from a regular live-commentary thread — a stream announcement, pro-baseball talk, and fan banter all running in parallel without converging on a single topic.
