I had a similarly brutal bust during the Fate collab in Mahjong Soul
Did like 70 pulls and got zero collab characters, barely even got 'near-miss' pulls (same-rarity but non-featured characters) — worst luck ever
That one had me half-convinced the '5% rate' had to be a lie
When the RNG screws you that hard, you start suspecting the odds are rigged
