Heard the words "30fps" and came running.
They're basically pasting in real-world footage and cranking the colors to fake it, but I guess that's still better than the Japanese way of faking things.

It's not really about serious combat — it's a crime game about running wild in the city, so they probably don't prioritize frame rate.

The trailers were captured on a regular PS5, so it runs fine.
The CPU that's causing the 30fps cap is the same on the base PS5 anyway.

The "PC gaming guys" who are loud on nanJ (5ch's livejupiter board) but contribute nothing to actual sales.
Not sure, but wouldn't there be some mode like Skyrim has, where you drop the graphics quality to lock it at 60fps?
