Starting September 1, Tokyo Disney Resort will expand its paid attraction-reservation service “Premier Access” to a total of 16 facilities, with rides like “Soarin’” rising from ¥2,000 to ¥2,500 per use and “Journey to the Center of the Earth” going from ¥1,500 to ¥2,000. Disney Premier Access is a paid service that lets guests reserve a specific experience time and entry slot at eligible attractions. Starting September 1, Tokyo Disneyland’s “Big Thunder Mountain,” “Pooh’s Hunny Hunt,” “Monsters, Inc. Ride & Go Seek!,” and “Haunted Mansion,” along with Tokyo DisneySea’s “Raging Spirits” and “Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Crystal Skull,” will be added, bringing the total to 16 attractions.
The attractions getting price changes this round are “Beauty and the Beast: Magical Journey,” “Soarin’: Fantastic Flight,” and “Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey,” which will rise from ¥2,000 to ¥2,500 per use. “Journey to the Center of the Earth” will go from ¥1,500 to ¥2,000 per use.
Not a shred of Walt Disney's spirit left in this place.

Come on, this is way too expensive no matter how you look at it — have they lost their minds? Back in the 2000s this was the kind of place where middle and high schoolers got some cash from their parents over a long break, or splurged a bit from their part-time job pay to go with friends.
